Acasia Araceli Chavis, born April 16, 2007, went to be with the Lord on December 3, 2010.
Acasia was a very beautiful little girl who was full of energy and life. She loved to run and play outside. In the summer, Acasia loved to splash around in the pool and play at the park. She liked long walks and would collect leaves in the fall. She was the center of attention and the heart of everyone. Then her life was over in an instant.
Preceded in death by, grandmothers, Tracy Shultz, Araceli Estrada and great-grandmother Mary E. Chavis. Survived by parents, Whittney Chavis and Josue Barrera Estrada; sister, Adalia Chavis; grandparents, Glenner and Robin Chavis, Regulo Barrera; Godmother, Helen Artieda; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
