Jack Russell Berry, 84 of Latonia, went to be with the Lord Thursday, November 29, 2012 at his home. He was a retired locomotive engineer having worked 50 years with CSX Railroad. He was an army veteran, member of Calvary Baptist Church Choir, member of Golden Rule Lodge #345 F&AM and a Kentucky Colonel.

Survivors include his wife Margaret Russell Berry; sons Mark (Kimberly) Berry of Covington and Thomas Christian Berry of Covington; daughters Cindi (Pat) Collins of Florence and Mary Anne (Ted) Shaw of Hamilton, Ohio; sister Mary B. Golden of Cynthiana; grandchildren Bryce Collins, T.C. Berry, Megan and Madison Berry. Also survived by nieces and nephews Brenda Berry, Elizabeth Terry, Wes Berry, Sarah Pait, Mary Burnette, Mary Lee Golden, Drew Golden, Jamie Golden, June Coleman and Rachel Cromer. Visitation 9 AM to 12 Noon Monday, December 3rd with funeral beginning at 12 noon all at Calvary Baptist Church, 3711 Tibbatts St. Latonia. Interment 11 AM Tuesday December 4th at Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery North, Williamstown, Kentucky. SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME, LATONIA is serving the family. Jack Russell Berry age 84 years old lived on Carlisle Avenue Latonia Kentucky, he went to be with the Lord Thursday, November 29, 2012 at his home.
He was a retired locomotive engineer having worked for 50 years with CSX railroad. He was an army veteran, member of Calvary Baptist Church Choir in Latonia Kentucky. He was a member of Golden Rule Lodge #345 and a Kentucky Colonel.

Surviving include his wife Margaret Russell Berry, sons Mark (Kimberly) Berry of Covington, and Thomas Christian Berry of Covington, daughters Cindi (Pat) Collins of Florence Kentucky and Mary Anne (Ted) Shaw of Hamilton Ohio.
Sister Mary B Golden of Cynthiana Kentucky, Grandchildren Bryce Collins, T.C. Berry, Megan, and Madison Berry.Also survived by nieces and nephews Brenda Berry, Elizabeth, Wes Berry, Sarah Pait, Mary Burnette, Mary Lee Golden, Drew Golden, Jamie Golden, June Coleman, and Rachel Cromer.

Jack was a very special and well liked person who lived across the street from our mother, (Mary Perkins) and all of us also thought the world of him. Jack had many friends as well as his family that is going to miss him dearly.

Visitation 9am-12n Monday December 3rd, 2012 with funeral beginning at 12n all at the Calvary Baptist Church 3711 Tibbatts Street Latonia Kentucky.

Interment at 11 am. Tuesday December 4th, 2012 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetary North, Williamstown Kentucky.
