MARYVILLE - Eurie Jane Wilhoit Ward, 86, of Lenoir City, formerly of Maryville, died early Wednesday morning at Maryville Health Care Center.

She is survived in Greeneville by a brother, George Wilhoit, and three sisters: Veldena Miller, Dolly Seaton, and Marjorie Malone.

Mrs. Ward was a member of First Church of God in Lenoir City and the Women of the Church of God.

She was the widow of the Rev. Clarence Ward, who was a former pastor of Lenoir City First Church of God.

Survivors, in addition to those listed above, include three sons and two daughters-in-law: Clinton Ward, James and Sherry Ward of Maryville, and L.V. and Barbara Ward of Lenoir City; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Phyllis and Bill King of Maryville, Lynda and Bob Doyle of Newtown, Conn., and Mrs. James H. (Brenda W.) Millard of Maryville; 15 grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening in Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the funeral chapel with interment in Grandview Cemetery. The Rev. Morgan Davis and the Rev. Norvell Peek will officiate.
