ACKERMAN_On Wednesday, July 21, 2004, Christian "Chris " Ackerman, late of Regina, Sask., passed away at the age of 76 years.
Chris was born October 23, 1927 to Anton and Barbara Ackerman of Saskatchewan.
He was preceded to the Lord's house by his father Anton, mother Barbara; brothers Florian, Paul and Konrad.
He is remembered by his son James (Marsha) Ackerman, daughter June (James) McIntosh; grandchildren Samantha, Jennifer, Lisa and Philip; sisters Kay (Ken) Day, Freda (Matt) Ellison, Margaret Marchant and Elsie (Bill) Wilson and brother Manuel (Marilyn) Ackerman.
Chris spent his life working as a heavy duty mechanic providing for his family. He was willing to help friends and neighbours whenever he was able.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue., Regina, Sask., with Pastor Bob Leeson officiating.
The Interment will follow in Regina Memorial Gardens. Those so wishing may make a memorial donation in Chris's memory to a charity of their choice. Arrangements are in the care LEE FUNERAL HOME 757-8645
