Mrs. Charlotte M. Cook, 77, of 142 Lincoln boulevard, died Wednesday night at a local hospital following a short illness. She had been a resident of Omaha for 55 years. Survivors: Sons, William S., Omaha; Chauncey J., Santa Monica, Cal., and A. Warren, Hastings, Neb.; daughter, Miss Genevieve, Omaha, and nine grandchildren. Services: Saturday, 8:30 a.m., from the residence to St. Cecilia's at 9; burial, Holy Sepulchre cemetery. John A. Gentleman mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
