Emmet Eastman
Armstrong Services for Emmet Trowbridge Eastman, 83, of Armstrong will be held Friday at 1:30 pm. at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Chapel at Armstrong with the Rev. Donohue Sarff officiating. Interment will be in Armstrong Grove Cemetery. He died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1991 at Fairmont Community Hospital.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
He was born May 25, 1908 at Estherville, the son of Clarence and Abbie Gale (Beal) Eastman and attended Country School. He was a farm hand for various farmers. On August 22, 1942 he married Gladys Dotson at Fairmont, Minn. He ran the garbage route in Armstrong many years. Eastman has been a resident of the Valley Vue Care Center in Armstrong since 1986.
Survivors include two brothers: Lloyd of Armstrong and Aubrey of Des Moines; one sister, Evelyn Lewison, Owatonna, Minn.
