JULIE ANN CROCKETT COSTELLO age 47 years of the Sano Community of Adair County
passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 4:15 AM at her home after several months illness.

She was born August 19, 1965 in Seymour, Indiana the daughter of the late: Jack Crockett and is
survived by her mother and step father Helen Steltenpohl Bowers and Jerry Bowers of Vallonia, Indiana

Survived by her husband: Jeff Costello of Columbia, KY
Two sons:
Jeremy Wayne Costello of Russell Springs, KY
Jeffrey Robert Costello and wife: Stephanie of Columbia, KY
One daughter:
Jennifer Ashley and husband: Rev. Adam Bowman of Wintersville, Ohio
Six grandchildren:
Truitt Bowman, Malachi Jude Bowman, Adam Josiah Bowman, Kristin Lynn Harris, Ian
Costello, Aiyana Faith Costello
Julie was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, a sales clerk, a graduate of Ivy Tech in Indiana and active in the area Girl Scout program, PTA and other volunteer work.

Funeral service: Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
Clergy officiating: Pastor Jim Merkel
Interment in Free Union Cemetery
