Warren F. Dent Dies Suddenly In Montgomery
Father of Mr. Hubert B. Dent Is Stricken With Heart Failure Late Wednesday

Anniston friends of Mr. Hubert Dent were grieved to learn that Mr. Dent's father, Warren Fillmore Dent, died on Wednesday afternoon at his home in Montgomery after a brief illness.
The death of Mr. Dent was unexpected and followed an attack of heart failure. His death followed after he became ill in the business section in Montgomery, and his death followed at his home. Funeral services were held at the home in Montgomery and the body was sent to Eufaula for burial.

Wife: Elizabeth Wellborn Dent
Five children: Mrs. T. B. Bethea of Montgomery; Major Wellborn Dent of Philippine Islands; Hubert B. Dent of Anniston; Mrs. E.J. Oliver of Fort Benning; Warren F. Dent Jr.
Sister: Miss Ella Dent of Washington
Numerous nephews and nieces
Two grandchildren
Elizabeth and Sarah Baldwin Bethea also survive
Mr. Dent was a member of the Court Street Methodist church in Montgomery and had been prominent in church, business, and social circles of the city for many years.
