MUNCIE--Vivian J. Bilby, 73, of Muncie, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008 at Ball Memorial Hospital after battle of a short illness. She was born Aug. 25, 1934, the daughter of Chester D. and Helen (Stauffer) Mills.
Vivian married Rodney A. Bilby on Sept. 2, 1950. Rodney was the love of her life and preceded her in death on Jan. 10, 1995.
Vivian enjoyed cooking and caring for her family. She worked at the Pizza King Commissary in Muncie and in Anderson, as well as being a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester D. Mills and Helen E.Mills; her husband, Rodney A. Bilby; her brother, Wallace Mills; her sister, Oneida Mills; and a great-grandson, Jacob Ollie Thompson.
