Anniston - Ben F. "Pops" Adamik, 77, passed away on Sunday at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center. A service will be held at a later time.
Survivors include his children, Guy W., Scott E., Jeff B., Kelley and Johnny; sister, Mary, Emily and Linda; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and other family and friends who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wives. Mr. Adamik was a native of Naperville, Ill. and had lived in Anniston for several years.
