Ettalynn Cummins Butler of Edmonton, daughter of the late Jim Cummins and Eula Kinnaird Cummins, departed this life Wed. 11 Jun 2003 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was 92 years of age. She was a member of the Sulphur Well Methodist Church. She was a retired cook from the North Metcalfe School. She united in marriage to Horace Butler who preceded her in death. Survivors include 2 sons and 2 daughters: Whit and Lyndon (Barbara) Butler and Juanita (Ralph) Reece all of Edmonton and Aleda Pierce of Louisville. Also surviving is a nephew Bill Cummins of Louisville, a brother-in-law Morris Butler of Greensburg, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 brother James Cummins; grandson Tom Pierce; granddaughter Stacie Dodson; great-grandson Zachery Napier; great-granddaughter Elizabeth Emig; 2 sons-in-law Harold Pierce and Earl Emig. Funeral services were conducted Sun. 15 Jun at the Sulphur Well Methodist church with burial in the Edmonton Cem. Butler Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
