Located in The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

From the Waynesville Courthouse, follow US 276N for 2.6 miles to its intersection with US 19. Turn left and continue on 276N and US 19S for 2.3 miles to Dellwood where the routes separate and 276N branches off to the right. From this intersection, proceed north on 276N for 5.7 miles to Cove Creek Road (SR 1396). Turn left and stay on Cove Creek Road until you reach the paved road in the Smoky Mountain National Park, which is 7.5 miles from SR 276N. Drive south on the paved road for 2.8 miles where a gravel park road turns to the right. Take this road for .5 of a mile and park in the vicinity of an old barn, which is on the left. A Park sign at this point will give directions to the cemetery. The trail to the cemetery starts just to the left of the old barn and is quite steep. This cemetery is on the side of a ridge and slopes considerably. In wet weather, the path could be difficult to descend safely withouth a hiking stick or cleated shoes.
