From September 16th to the 22nd, 2002, the holy relics of Blessed Vasyl Velychkovsky were transferred from All Saints Cemetery to St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church. The Shrine Chapel contains the holy relics, a fully intact body, of Blessed Martyr Vasyl Velychkovsky.
Designed by a local architect, Ben Wasylyshen, the chapel was constructed in 2002. It is filled with symbolism and artwork. The shrine includes a museum dedicated to his life and that of other Redemptorist martyrs. Wall panels and display cases with artefacts complete the story of his life. Other walls in the museum depict the story of the exhumation and enshrinement of his Holy Relics.
