The cemetery is quite large and at least two graves are outside the main fenced area. There may be more headstones hiding in the long grass but they are hard to locate. I photographed the ones I could find.
SINCE THIS CEMETERY IS ON PRIVATE LAND PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO VISITING THE SITE. IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING I HAVE NOT PROVIDED DIRECTIONS TO THE CEMETERY.
According to the Alberta Genealogical Society, Lethbridge & District Branch there are 55 burials at this site. Information for memorials with no headstone photos was acquired from the aforementioned source.
Diamond City is a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada within the County of Lethbridge.It is located on Highway 25, approximately 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) north of Lethbridge.
Diamond City was first settled at the turn of the 20th century by farmers, ranchers and miners. The town grew rapidly when a coal mine was opened in 1905.
